Levi has represented South Africa in the Under-19 World Cup in 2006, and quickly developed a reputation as a fearsome striker of the new ball, especially in the shortest format. He announced himself on to the world stage with belligerent unbeaten 117 against New Zealand in a T20I. It was only his second match in South African colours and he broke plenty of records with that innings. He still holds the record for fastest hundred in T20Is, the knock came off just 45 balls. He played in the Indian T20 League in 2012 from the cricket team Mumbai Indians. He has been an important player for many other teams like Cape Cobras, Somerset, Ruhuna Royals, Northamptonshire, South Africa A, Gemini Arabians and many more.
